ABOUT THIS PROJECT
10 unit value-add multifamily renovation where we pulled inspiration from the midcentury front facade. We worked directly with the owner and general contractor on interior design including FF&E selection and were hands-on throughout the renovation process, providing guidance and responding to any necessary changes in the field by conducting weekly project walks. In addition, we helped execute the exterior design by Ballentine Architects by guiding the subcontractor on design details and furniture selection. Did we mention we started & finished this within two months?
