ABOUT THIS PROJECT
7-unit value-add multifamily renovation, including complete re-wire and re-pipe of the building. This building was built in the 1920’s, so naturally we looked for ways to celebrate the vintage aesthetic while creating a space that meets the needs of today’s tenants. We worked directly with the owner and general contractor on interior design including FF&E selection and were hands-on throughout the renovation process, providing guidance and responding to any necessary changes in the field by conducting weekly project walks. In addition, we helped execute the exterior design by Ballentine Architects by guiding the subcontractor on design details and furniture selection.
