ABOUT THIS PROJECT
17-unit value-add multifamily renovation, including compete re-wire and re-pipe of the building. We helped execute the interior and exterior design by Ballentine Architects by guiding the subcontractors on design details and furniture selections. Due to the timing of COVID lockdowns and supply chain issues during this project, we provided a lot of solution support to help meet deadlines.
