ABOUT THIS PROJECT
21-unit value-add multifamily renovation including adding washer & gas dryer in-unit while working around 23 legacy units. We worked directly with the owner and general contractor on interior design including FF&E selection and were hands-on throughout the renovation process, providing guidance and responding to any necessary changes in the field by conducting weekly project walks. In addition, we helped execute the exterior and courtyard design by Ballentine Architects by guiding the subcontractor on design details and furniture selection.
