ABOUT THIS PROJECT
We created a rooftop lounge for a new construction apartment building in Picfair Village. This building’s rooftop has unobstructed views of the Hollywood sign and surrounding areas. We wanted to provide a place for tenants to enjoy those views with guests. Working with in a budget we were able to provide tenants with an additional amenity within a month. This rooftop became a critical leasing appeal during COVID times. We worked directly with the owner and property managers providing FF&E selection and hands-on support, responding to any necessary changes in the field by conducting weekly project walks.
